Trauma-Informed

Content, & Facilitation

The way forward as a human collective (nationally, culturally, and otherwise) is to address the effects of trauma on the human mind, body, and psyche. One way to do this is to integrate a mindfulness and trauma-informed approach to collaborative efforts such as workshops, lectures, gatherings, etc. But this work must be done responsibly. Simply having the desire to do this work is not enough. There are best-practices to be followed and structures by which to abide for the safety and well-being off participants and facilitators.

After years of curriculum development, applied practices, and facilitation, AKP is here to help facilitators already on-site and those just setting out.
